RIP Dimebag Darrell
I was never the biggest fan of Pantera; in fact, my favorite thing about Pantera was the time Dave Mustaine ripped them on MTV. Still, it sucks that Dimebag Darrell was murdered in a nightclub shooting in Ohio. Apparently the shooter specifically targeted Darrell.

I've heard conflicting reports...some folks are saying that Vinnie Paul is dead too.
Someone else pointed out that yesterday was the 24th anniversary of the shooting of John Lennon, too. Not that Darrell was a Lennon, mind you, just an interesting coincidence.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! What an awesome way to take a bizarre, tragic event and somehow make it about yourself. As if it indicated that there's someone out to get all the metalheads. Man, hopefully these idiots will stop playing shows and my band can get more gigs!
