Duh--it's One In A Million by Guns n' Roses. Especially the "immigrants and faggots" part, which perfectly expresses the George W. Bush mindset. I'm surprised I didn't think of it before.
There's lots of GNR songs that would fit, but none of them would make the conservatives LOOK GOOD, so they avoid them like the plague. "Welcome to the Jungle," for example, is Bushian in the extreme, proposing a zero-sum world of brute dominance over the weak in which the ambitious "can have anything [they] want, but they better not take it from me."
