Dear Little Emperor

Dear Little Emperor,

I am watching your disjointed rambling on CNN right now, and I have three observations.

First, what does Iraq's form of government have to do with its ability to defend itself?

Second, quit smirking. It makes you look like even more of an asshole than you already are. You fucking chimp.

Third, NEW KLEE YER. NEW KLEE YER. NEW KLEE YER. Learn how to speak.

Also, I hope your little implication that your critics are under the pay of "the terrists" doesn't go by unnoticed.

You suck. Fuck you.

Sincerely,

Me.

Update: Keith Olbermann did not let me down, highlighting Bush's insinuations and slapping him for them on tonight's "Countdown."

  • Other highlights:

    1) He mentions that Al Q. sees Iraq as vitally important, without mentioning who made it that way.

    2) His discussion of the twin Sunni and Shiite Bogeymen, Hezbollah and Al Q., conveniently ignores the fact that Sunnis and Shiites hate each other. If you didn't know better (and most Americans don't), you'd get the impression from his speech that H. and A.Q. were sister organizations, kinda like Girl Scouts and the Campfire Girls. Not true. Neither group could just "take over" the Middle East without a stiff fight from the other party.

    3) All his scare talk about their determination to attack us--I was yelling at the TV, "Hey George! Is that why you never hardened our ports? Is that why you never hardened our chemical plants and water treatment plants? Is that why you never touched our 'nucular' facilities? Is that why you never stepped up port inspections? Is that why the nation's police departments still don't have hazmat suits and kits? Is that why you cut Homeland Security funding to New York City?" He runs around screaming that we're in danger, but has taken exactly zero steps to prepare. Instead it's all, "Fight the war in Iraq!" The lunacy of this--"protect the country by sending troops to Iraq!"--is beyond belief. How stupid does he think we are?

    4) He continues to state, in the face of absolutely all the evidence, that "Iraq has a unity government" that represents all the people. Is that why Kurdistan won't fly the Iraqi flag on its soil, and has de facto seceded?

    5) He also moans about the resurgence of the Taliban in Afghanistan, again conveniently ignoring whose fault that is. We abandoned Afghanistan to go run after Iraq, and now we're shocked to discover that the Taliban is coming back?

    6) I can't stand to look at him. I was curled up in a ball on the couch hiding my eyes.

  • Re my post above: careless construction ("twin Sunni and Shiite bogeymen, Hezbollah and Al Qaeda") led me to inadvertently imply that Hezbollah was Sunni and A.Q. was Shiite. It is, of course, the reverse. Hezbollah is a Shiite organization and A.Q. is 100% Sunni. Sorry for causing confusion.
